Details: This is a sample business flowchart detailing the operations involved when a customer was to be notified of change management activity. I was responsible for optimizing the process and creating the supporting documentation.
Automated Reports
Document: Weekly Change Management Schedule

Details: This automated report ran an Excel Macro to extract data from SharePoint and format and organize the weekly agenda for the Change Management meeting. Once the report ran, it was distributed to all meeting members and discussed during a live call which I hosted, as Change Management Administrator.
